What we are looking for: Wellbeing & Engagement Trainee

Are you an outgoing person with a passion for people, and a keen interest in building a career in the corporate retail world? We are currently looking to recruit a wellbeing and engagement trainee to join our People Experience & Culture team for a six-month internship program.

In your role, you will be immersed in the People Experience & Culture (PX&C) projects, initiatives and plans from day one. You will assist the team to drive the employee wellbeing and engagement strategy and contribute to shaping the company's culture and enhancing the experience of employees. Responsibilities will include driving initiatives and events including communication, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, introducing new ideas and ways of working and supporting in managing projects.

What you will do (Job Responsibilities):

- Drive wellbeing and engagement initiatives across offices, stores, and warehouses
- Collaborate with the PX&C Partners in the region to activate plans and align on priorities and directions
- Manage the wellbeing and engagement calendar and ensure timely execution of events
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to plan and run events successfully
- Propose innovative and inclusive ideas to celebrate occasions and engage a diverse workforce
- Capture and analyse feedback to enhance processes and experiences
- Draft copies/texts to announce and communicate about initiatives and events
- Provide editorial, admin and management support for multiple wellbeing projects

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

- Enthusiasm, care, and a passion for people and wellbeing
- An outgoing personality to engage and interact with employees
- Creativity and readiness to come up with new ideas
- Strong communication skills and ability to write short but gripping copies
- Highly organized administrative skills
- An interest in HR/People & Culture
