Performance Management Specialist - IT Department

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Management Specialist to join their dynamic IT team during a period of transformation. This position will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a comprehensive performance management strategy. You will be responsible for establishing the Key Performance Indicators, designing a Balanced Scorecard framework and driving continuous improvement within the IT department

Description

* Develop and implement a performance management strategy aligned with the department goals and the organisation's strategic priorities
* Define and establish KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations, projects, and services at all levels
* Design and implement a Balanced Scorecard framework tailored to the department needs, conducting regular performance reviews as required
* Collaborate with executive management to develop performance contracts for IT leaders and managers
* Engage with key internal and external stakeholders across the organisation to communicate performance expectations and enable a culture of accountability
* Analyse performance data to generate insights and produce regular reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends to stakeholders

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred) and a Balanced Scorecard professional certification
* A minimum of 10 years experience in performance management, preferably within the IT domain
* Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing performance management strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Experience with performance management software and data analysis tools is a significant plus
