Performance Marketing Director

Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the most established search agencies in the world as they look for a Performance Marketing Director to join their team in Dubai. In the Middle East, they are known for their SEO, PPC and Social Media campaigns for leading brands, and has been long time leader in digital marketing.

As a Performance Marketing Director, you will:

- Lead the PPC division within the agency
- Plan, develop, and execute new projects/ campaigns aligned with customer’s ROI targets and service expectations
- Manage global clients and lead the development and set-up of all campaigns
- Maintain and monitor campaign budgets and client spends
- Keep abreast with latest industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
- Create relevant reports and provide recommendations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 6 years’ relevant industry experience in the same role and capacity
- Proven experience in PPC, performance marketing, hands on implementation and managing Tier1 clients
- With in-depth understanding of the regional market
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing platforms
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Senior level written and verbal communication skills
