Job description / Role
The Performance Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for the management of digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix using paid social channels. He / she focuses on campaign-specific results and drives the marketing department’s commercial performance. In this start-up role, you will implement and execute a strategy to create an optimal and efficient mix of online marketing revenue-driving initiatives.
- Your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all online performance marketing activities around Paid Search, Paid Social, Re-targeting and Affiliate Marketing.
Requirements
- +5 years experience in a business where online marketing in a core driving function.
- Good experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager & expert in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social)
- Self starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of statistics and ability to support hypotheses with data
- Experience of mobile and social marketing including apps is preferred
- Strong analytical skills, specifically the ability to dig into the details of individual campaign and ad performance
- Ability to effectively work with cross functional team product, eCommerce, analytics and 3rd party partners to support, launch and execute the marketing programs
- Proven ability to use data driven analysis to influence change and drive innovation
- Being curious and creative
- Being relentless in pursuit of growth
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs
