Employment: Full Time

Within Blue Hive, Performance Specialists are responsible for the day-to-day details, implement programs to measure and improve performance. Blue Hive is a Full Service Agency made up of the best bits of Ogilvy, Wunderman and Mindshare. We focus most of our efforts on WPP’s Flagship Client: Ford. You will be required to handle requests in a timely and accurate manner; manage campaign trafficking and issue periodic spending summaries. You are also expected to assist your Supervisor in daily planning activities. To be most successful at BH, you must be attentive to detail and confident in your execution of tasks.

You will be accountable for:
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives
- Focus on Paid Search and Paid Social activities
- Increase brand awareness through consistent, relevant marketing strategies
- Build long term relationship with existing partners.
- Execute strategic and tactical recommendations
- Perform research, analyzing analytics data and developing key insights and action plans based on campaign results
- Basic idea of lead gen tactics and strategy when it comes to content curation
- Provide analysis, QA and insights for monthly reports
- Coordinate strategies with internal teams across multiple brands
- Periodically oversee the work of Search Marketing Analyst(s)
- Coordinate with Performance Marketing Manager in order to identify opportunities and agree on key requiring attention
- Apply creative thinking and initiative to analyze site performance metrics and make recommendations for content, site design and features to improve effectiveness of web content and/or applications
- Monitor all major KPI’s for social and content efforts with monthly reporting on trends that are working/not working for the clients that you manage.
- Identify gaps in our coverage and be able to create original content from outside sources (even the competition) in order to fill those gaps and make assigned properties the primary destination for our fans.
- Work closely with Search Supervisors and Directors for campaign alignment with client goals
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Typically must report to a manager or head of the team/department.

Requirements

- 5+ years’ experience in the following areas:
- Strong written and oral communications and presentations skills
- Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Ability to interact with the client and support reporting calls, and answer questions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong computer skills including media research and planning tools and proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Graduate degree (preferred) in English, Media Studies, Management or related
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Exhibit strong ability to think strategically
- Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
- Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Exhibit passion for social media and emerging platforms
- Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment
