Job description / Role
Our client a multinational manufacturing business who are leaders in their industry are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide one on one support the VP.
Experience working within the FMCG industry would be favourable but not essential.
Requirements
- Female with PA/executive assistant experience
- High level of organisational skills.
- Superior communication skills, are a must as this role requires you to communicate to several parties
- Prior experience is a must as is an excellent memory, patience and the ability to learn and anticipate the needs of the VP-
- Experience working with senior members of staff
- This position will involve lots of personal work
- Someone with lots of initiative who is able to think outside of the box.
- Meticulous
- Patient
- Quick thinking
- Diplomatic
- Creative
- Must be able to take meeting notes
- Well presented
- Good command of English.
