We are working in partnership with a company founded in 1947, in order to source a highly experienced Personal Assistant to support the Executive Assistant.

Our client is looking for a talented Personal Assistant to provide classic secretarial and PA support to the Executive Assistant of the company. The role involves complex calendar management, preparing and attending meetings, taking minutes,arranging travel itineraries, events organisation and general administration support. Thriving on deadlines as well as confidently handling financial and company information, you will have excellent organizational, multi-tasking and proactive planning capabilities.

Requirements

The role involves complex calendar management, preparing and attending meetings, taking minutes,arranging travel itineraries, events organisation and general administration support. Thriving on deadlines as well as confidently handling financial and company information, you will have excellent organizational, multi-tasking and proactive planning capabilities.

It is essential that the candidate has previous relevant experience and is able to demonstrate skills in managing an ever-changing diary, event planning, and confidence in coordinating with senior members of staff.

The role is busy and varied, which will see you managing the day-to-day communications and acting as the main point of contact with clients. You will have strong PC skills and be able to produce high quality work including PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets that are in line with company standards.

There is potential to progress within this company. Our client is looking for an individual with advanced communication skills in English. A media background is considered an advantage but is not crucial. Local experience and a driving license is essential.
