Job description / Role
Our client is an International Pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a strong PA to support the Head of MEA region. The budget for this position is 12,000 AED per month and this is non-negotiable. This role is a contract role for 3 months initially but may be extended depending on current PA’s situation. Due to this we need a candidate who is on their husband / fathers sponsorship. The role is based in Dubai Health Care City.
The role will involve full support to the Head of MEA and you will be required to:
- Arrange travel, accommodation, visas, transport
- Arrange meetings, meeting rooms and take minutes
- Perform gate keeper duties
- Diary management, itineraries and agendas
- Writing correspondence
Requirements
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- An experienced Personal Assistant
- Professional, well presented, bubbly, friendly and dynamic
- A hard worker with a “can do” attitude
- On your husband or fathers sponsorship
Candidates who have experience working within the healthcare industry will be held in high regard.
