Job description / Role
To work in a friendly, multicultural environment reporting directly to the CEO in a group of company in Dubai
- Support and assist the CEO in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters
- Handling all office/admin matters
- Handling some accountancy/finance and filing duties
- Dealing with general correspondence within the organization and external parties
- Assist on personal errands assigned or any other assignments as an when required
Requirements
- At least a Professional Certificate in Secretarial/Private Secretarial Studies Diploma or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience
- Pleasant personality and ability to work independently
- Ready to work long hours when needed
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time
- Computer literate-Microsoft Windows and Office
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
