Job description / Role
Our client, a growing investment firm based in Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for a Personal Assistant who will be primarily responsible for providing top level of secretarial support to the Chairman and as when needed, you will also support the Managing Director and Board Members.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Answering/screening telephone calls
* Arranging travels and booking hotels
* Preparing documents and collating various reports
* Writing correspondences
* Filing documents
* Looking after the diary of the Chairman
* Liaising with other Senior Managers and secretaries for other matters required by the Chairman
* Following up key projects with other key stake holders as and when needed
* Providing general administrative support to key senior management
Requirements
To be considered, you should be at least a diploma holder with minimum 5 years of PA/EA experience to senior management. You should have stayed in one company for a minimum 3 years prior to moving to another employer. You should have excellent command of English with strong knowledge in using Microsoft application. You should be will to work from 9AM to 5:00PM, Sunday through Thursday in Abu Dhabi City.
