Job description / Role
A leading family group based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to report to a General Manager of the business. This is an immediate requirement and the successful incumbent needs to be available to join the company with immediate effect.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing the GM with administrative, secretarial and clerical services.
- Organise meetings, make room arrangements, prepare agendas and required informational materials.
- Manage the GM's calendar
- Schedule all meetings, appointments and seminars
- Draft and send all correspondence on behalf of the GM
- Contribute in the establishment and implementation of HR policies
- Make travel arrangements
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
Requirements
- 10 years experience working as a personal assistant
- Solid corporate experience having worked in a large company
- Filipino candidates will take preference
- Strong communications skills
- Strong IT skills
- Candidate must be immediately available to start work
