Employment: Full Time

Our client, an established financial services groups headquartered in Dubai requires a Personal Assistant - Office Manager to support one of the company’s senior partners and his team of advisers. Though not necessary, the ideal candidate has experience of working in a support role in the financial services industry or real estate etc.

Main responsibilities will be to organize the operational function of the existing team. While creating systems and procedures for processing of new business and managing existing clients. You will successfully support a busy financial planning team and manage schedules and appointments.

Requirements

Ideal candidate is a Westerner, with experience of working in a support role in the financial services industry or real estate.

You will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work unsupervised and on own authority. Have first class verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Will be prioritizing delivering projects to target and on time. Be able to work and perform under pressure and be goal oriented.
