Employment: Full Time

Personal Assistant to the CEO - Dubai

1. Calendar and Schedule Management: Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring optimal time allocation. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments.
2. Travel Coordination: Organizing the CEO's travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa requirements. Ensuring smooth travel logistics and providing necessary travel itineraries and doents.
3. Communication Management: Acting as a primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Drafting and editing emails, memos, reports, and other written communications on behalf of the CEO.
4. Meeting Support: Preparing meeting agendas, collating, and distributing meeting materials, and arranging meeting venues. Attending meetings with the CEO, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
5. Confidentiality and Information Management: Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Managing doents, files, and records, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible.
6. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and internal staff. Representing the CEO professionally and fostering positive relationships on her behalf.
7. Research and Analysis: Conducting research and gathering information on industry trends, market insights, competitors, and potential business opportunities. Summarizing findings and preparing reports for the CEO's review as required.
8. Project Coordination: Assisting the CEO in managing various projects and initiatives, coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources. Providing regular updates on project progress and identifying potential issues or bottlenecks.
9. Event Planning and Support: Supporting the CEO in planning and organizing company events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities. Coordinating with event planners, vendors, social influencers, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
10. Miscellaneous Tasks: Handling various administrative tasks, including expense management, invoice processing, and procurement. Assisting with personal tasks such as appointments, reservations, and personal errands as required.
11. Problem Solving and Decision Making: Anticipating challenges, identifying potential solutions, and presenting recommendations to the CEO. Assisting in critical decision-making processes by providing relevant information and analysis.
12. Prioritization and Time Management: Assisting the CEO in prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and delegating responsibilities. Ensuring the CEO's time is optimally allocated to focus on strategic priorities.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: visa, medical insurance, 2 way ticket

Requirements

1. Bachelor in Business Management, Fashion, and Mass Communications.
2. Between ages 30-40 years old.
3. 1-3 years’ experience in Retail Fashion brand is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communications skill both verbal and written. Additional languages are an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Proactive and dynamic individual.
6. Goal-oriented, results-driven.
7. Attention to detail, and discretion.
8. Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint.
