Personal Finance Executive

Job description / Role

A fast-growing DSA is hiring Relationship Officers for a big company in UAE with experience in selling Banking products to promote Sales of Personal Loan.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To market, promote and sustain Personal Banking products through networking and field sales.
• To acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product or customer segment handled.
• Keeping track of the case and staying updated since the filing of the case till the disbursal.
• To achieve sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
• To provide MIS on a weekly basis.
• To conduct promotional activities, meetings, etc to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to capturing prospects for selling PL in the market.
• Understanding customer requirements & closing Sales.
• To ensure total compliance with laid down norms in terms of compliance risk , credit policy , documentation , operational risk and Group / Regulatory control standard

Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes to qualify for this position:

• 2-5 years relevant experience in selling Banking products in Personal Loan category, in the UAE.
• Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment
• Strong sales and relationship management skills
• Ability to identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions
• Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in system to improve performance.
• Should be result & target oriented.
• Should possess good communication skills.
• Should be able to understand financials & Loan processes.

Qualification:

• Should be holding a University Degree (Bachelors/Masters) preferably in Finance or Marketing.
