Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Head of Planning is required for this Building Contractor based in Dubai. Currently managing 4 Number Projects ranging from 105 Million AED through to the largest at 450 Million AED within the Emirates.

This individual is required to report directly to the Head of Operations in Dubai. You will inherit a Planning Team but you will be expected to recruit, train and develop your planners.

You will have a good strong experience of Planning within the Building Sector in the UAE having been involved and helped manage programs on High Rise Towers, Residential, Commercial, Retail & Education projects.

You will be able to read a Planners baseline program and walk a project with the Project Manager talking over progress, delays, EOT’s and varaiables to the program.

Requirements

Our client isn’t looking for a Primavera Jockey but someone with a core experience of Software and also practical Construction experience.
