Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a large, highly regarded property development and construction company, operating throughout the UAE on major residential and civil projects. Due to strong growth in a buoyant market, three Planning Engineers are required on a permanent basis, to offer expertise and guidance to a range on ongoing ventures, from airport upgrades to new build shopping malls.

Key to this role will be the interfacing between client and contractors, ensuring the project is kept on schedule, within budget whilst adhering to all quality and safety requirements. A broad range of experience is required, with the ideal candidate able to offer flexibility and excellent project management skills across several ongoing projects if required.

Situated in a vibrant part of Dubai, the role offers an excellent chance for those new to the area to get involved in major projects immediately, with a highly competitive all inclusive salary.

Requirements

Candidates will be degree educated, backed up with excellent knowledge and expertise in project planning in a construction background.

Ideally candidates will have held a PMC or Tier 1 position, with demonstrable and highly effective interfacing, management, support and problem solving skills.

Experience in a similar role, especially in a managerial capacity is essential, alongside the ability to relocate to Dubai.
