Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading international contractor who are currently working in a joint venture organisation on the construction of the new terminal at Abu Dhabi airport.

They are currently looking to recruit a Planning Manager for the following:
- Ensure the ongoing co-ordination of package programmes, progress and logistics to ensure the project is completed on time;
- Identify areas of progress concerns and instigate recovery measures;
- Define required progress/performance targets;
- Ensure that project programmes are produced in accordance the contract procedure;
- Produce project progress reports;

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in engineering or construction related field and must have proven experience of working as a planning manager on major construction projects.

Middle East experience is preferable as is previous experience of working on airport projects.

This is an urgent vacancy so candidates in the UAE who are immediately available are preferred.
