Job description / Role
My client provides outstanding construction services operating across the Middle East with a strong residency in UAE. They are heavily involved in prestigious build construction projects such as high rise, hotels, hospitals, and intricately sophisticated smart buildings. This is an exciting new high rise project in UAE
We are looking for someone that will ensure proper control of planning, programming and coordination of all projects undertaken. That has the ability to ensure that appropriate controls are in place and maintained on continuing basis, together with comprehensive time management systems for all operations of a project to completion.
Requirements
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering is a must
- 20 years of experience in civil construction industry
- Experience with prestigious / top quality & complex high rise buildings (Residential / Commercial, Hotels or Hospitals)
- Handled projects in excess of USD 300M
- Previous experience in Middle East is preferred
- Strong background with leading contractors
- Has led a team successfully
- Sound knowledge of Primavera, Excel and other planning software
- Ability to set up project plans independently in excess of 10,000 activities with resource loading, updates & reports
- Good understanding of Cost Control is advantageous
