Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Planning Manager - Shutdown - Ruwais, Abu Dhabi

- Review the entire work scope, identify and segregate the Pre-TAR and preparatory activities so as to maximize the pre-TAR work and optimize the work during TAR window.
- Discuss with all the concerned and finalise the Pre-TAR activities
- Prepare the Plans vs Actuals for both the Pre-TAR & TAR jobs eg., in case of piping jobs – prepared & report the S-curves for the piping pre-fabrication jobs and S-curves for the pipe Site/Field weld joints
- Ensures the mobilization of Pre-TAR & TAR resources on site and report the deficiencies
- Evolve recovery pland in coordination ith the company’s planning team, quantify the additional manpower and equipment resources to overcome the slips
- Prepare specific reports as per the Company’s time to time requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Nine (9) years experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas environment
- Seven (7) years experience in Maintenance, Inspection, Shutdown and Turnaround
- Minimum of 7 Major TARs handled in the Oil and Gas environment
- 45 – 55 years old
- Willing to work on a 9 months contract based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
