Job description / Role
Looking for a Senior Planning Manager. I have been given an exciting opportunity from a client who are looking for a Senior Planning Manager based in Dubai, UK, South Africa, Australia.
Client is a well-known development company operating on a global basis with over 15+ live projects.
This position we can only consider experienced Planning Managers who have at least 15 years' experience in overseeing multi-million + value projects from start to finish.
* To oversee 1-4 projects
* Responsible for a team
* All contracts have been awarded so it is post contract duties
Requirements
* No preference on nationality
* Ideal age is 40 yrs - 55 yrs, but are flexible
* PMC or main contractor background
* Proven track record delivering major building projects
* Degree qualified
