Job description / Role
The role of the planning assistant is to execute all planning and production activities of Sacoor brothers (Middle East and Far East region)
Responsibilities (included, but not limited to):
- Analyse the sales and forecast the demand for the next season.
- Determine the ideal size breakdown per brand/line/family according the sales history for each country.
- Planning and Sales Forecast for the new stores
- Determination of product mix for each country.
- Meeting with commercial team for review and approval of initial quantities.
- Prepare the Production budget for the region.
- Support to the commercial team in the buying decision with the statistical information of sales.
- Preparation of the official order for Asia region and sending the purchase orders to suppliers.
- Follow up with the suppliers and the Logistics department on JIT deliveries.
- Support the Logistics department with all the shipment documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion retail.
- Strong Excel skills
