Job description / Role
* Exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest UAE based financial services institutions.
* Must have a strong background in BMP Delivery methodology and practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strong experience of Business process analysis, business process standards such as BPMN, BPEL etc.
* Hands on experience with IBM Web Sphere
* End to end delivery
* BPM implementation and strategy
* Technical architecture and solution design documentation
* Strong knowledge of Web Sphere Integration Bus/Message Broker Development and hands on experience of developing complex integration and transformation message flows
* Translate organisation business requirements to vendors
* Support go-live and post go-live projects and releases
* Support Disaster Recovery and risk mitigation requirements
Requirements
What the ideal candidate will have:
* At least 8+ years of experience in a platform lead/product owner role within the financial services sector.
* Strong background in digital or organisation wide transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of Islamic Banking would be an added advantage but not a necessity
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field
