Job description / Role

The successful candidate will:
• Heading the Compliance practice within Enterprise Systems Platform unit. This entails working in classical waterfall software development methodology and involves management of a number of subject matter experts including vendor teams.
• Responsible for the leadership, technology direction, application development, implementation, maintenance, and support of all Compliance applications.
• Coordinates and manages various product teams that will consist of subject matter experts and drives successful delivery of projects in the area of Compliance in line with quality, time and cost targets.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following skill sets:
• Graduate / Post graduate in related degree of education (Computer Science, Engineering)
• General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy.
• Experience in applying waterfall implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodology
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing Compliance (FIRCO Payment & Customer screening, Fiserv AML, And Fenergo) applications, with 3+ years of managerial level experience and strong knowledge/understanding of related business processes.
• Hands on experience/knowledge in implementing and managing (FIRCO Payment & Customer screening, Fenergo, AML) applications.
