Job description / Role
• Verify required return goods paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all product is properly counted & checked.
• Manage returned goods and capture proper reasoning.
• Able to manage a team of 4 – 5
• Make sure Market returns been collected in a proper manner & updated with proper reasoning.
• Work closely with the dispatch team & drivers for follow ups.
• Well versed in System & Data centric.
• Prepare returns matrix and share with all the concerned teams.
• Add value addition to the current process & develop new ideas & process.
• Liaise with all concerned departments for any return related issues.
• Strong Customer service attitude & ability to deal directly with customers.
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
• Bachelors Degree
• Good communication Skills in English
• Hands on retail background in supermarkets
• Good Filing and admin background
• Good customer service background
