Job Description
Two postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Prof. Bassam Ali (Departments of Genetics and Genomics), College of Medicine and Health Sciences, United Arab Emirates University. The positions are on pharmacogenomics in cardiovascular disease. The successful candidates should have a PhD degree in a biomedical sciences discipline with research experience in more than one of the following research areas: pharmacogenomics, clinical pharmacy, bioinformatics, personalized medicine, genomics or human molecular genetics.
The position is supported by a grant from the Ministry of Education for three years. Salary is tax-free and is in the range of 10,000 to 13,000 UAE Dirhams per month, commensurate with training and experience.
