Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for taking ownership for developing and managing ALAC’s PR & Digital Communications strategy alongside building direct relationships with key media and influencers via traditional and online channels.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will work alongside the Marketing Specialist to drive all consumer PR activity and collaborate with them across PR more broadly. You will have a close working relationship with the Digital and Social Media team to make sure the brand’s message is consistent across all channels.

Requirements

- Background in PR & Social media is essential
- You must be confident working with senior people and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and planning skills are a must.
- Must be a confident communicator and presenter
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships
- Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
- Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
