Employment: Full Time

A leading UAE- based organization specialized in Property, Retail, Leisure and Entertainment industry is looking for PR and Communications Executive. The desired candidates must have at least 3 years of experience with Communications and Marketing or PR. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of social media and blogs. The chosen candidate must also be flexible in commuting between different locations for the job.

This role will be responsible for coordinating with all PR, Online, Social Media and tourism communications to ensure consistency, accuracy and reinforcement of the overall brand. Oversee implementation of any related activities to ensure quality execution and follow-through.

The duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Work with PR and Communications Manager to develop a PR plan per asset per year and monitor Publicity achieved vs targets set for the year.
- Work with the Social Media agency to develop and implement weekly and monthly content feed plans and online campaigns to keep fans and followers engaged while j acquiring new ones to each Center page/ site/ Mobile apps. and other related platforms
- Develop and implement monthly plans for website news update and ensure traffic numbers are in line with centers objectives.
- Develop relationship with key media and community representatives (schools, clubs and other community centers)
- Maintain an updated photo library for each center and spokespeople, and develop Press kits for each brand.
- In charge of updating and producing (when required) centers TVC and other footage for specific campaigns/ projects
- To supervise and coordinate the implementation of Communication activities for each of the 3 assets and ensure quality and timely executions
- To provide the key "point of contact" between the center; the Social Media Agency, PR agency and tenants (retailers, hotels, f &b outlets, leisure, entertainment, etc) to ensure the overall "umbrella" positioning of the center / destination is maintained.
- To maintain monthly publicity and cumulative reports for center publicity; analyze monthly and provide ongoing feedback to PR and Communications Manager and Senior Marketing Manager
- Work with PR and Communications Manager to coordinate all tourism related events such as travel and trade shows, exhibitions, advertising and cross promotions, etc as required
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of tour operators, cruise operators, hotels, airlines, bus companies, etc in the region and create a program to target them and investigate cross promotional opportunities to gain tourism market share.
- To investigate and help coordinate, along with Customer Service Manager. any transportation / shuttle bus activities for the center in relations to the tourism efforts and handle the development and production of related collateral's (brochures, flyers; schedules, posters, coupons)
- Aid in development and production of the required print collateral's, in coordination with the PR and Communications Manager and Mall Marketing Operations Managers to ensure adherence to the communications guidelines.
- Work with Festival Coordinator to seek cross promotional opportunities with government initiatives where ever possible.
- To oversee and coordinate the development and production of any internal / external newsletters and mall magazines for the 3 assets
- To oversee, continually upgrade/update the Centers website and other related on-line communications efforts. To produce an online marketing plan that covers search engine marketing, affinity deals, online advertising and offline promotion to drive site traffic and data capture opportunities
- To assist the PR and Communications Manager and Marketing Operations Manager with all redevelopment PR plans
- Work with retailers in the 3 assets to ensure that offers and activities are communicated effectively in appropriate online/ social media.

Requirements

- University or College degree in Communications and/or Marketing/ PR related experience
- Strong inter-personal skills Good language skills (Arabic and English)
- Ability to take initiative; work with agencies and in team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Must have a Professional approach to situations
- Mobile (should commute between the 3 locations)
- Regular member of social media sites, blogs, twitter etc.
