Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Working closely with Influencers, Media Partners and external PR agencies as a PR Executive you will anticipate, analyse and interpret attitudes and topical issues that may affect the brand of this ecommerce retail business. Essentially, this role will be responsible for the face of the business in order to create a higher demand and product positioning for our client.

You will implement the PR strategy, working alongside the internal marketing team and external agency to introduce new products to the range, promotional events and new ideas, alongside overseeing the social media presence. The role of the PR Executive will also encompass management of samples and tracking of such to ensure a strong brand presence when seeking out new markets and territories.

An additional and important part of this role will also be to research and obtain new speaking opportunities for the Senior Leadership team and the drafting of press material including releases, briefings, quotes and interviews. Therefore, those with strong media connections and experience are highly desirable.

Requirements

The successful PR Executive will have 3 years of experience specifically within a PR function and an exceptional level of written and verbal communication levels in order to handle media interviews and partnership agencies. A strong relationship builder, you will be an engaging and organised individual, who is able to think strategically to realise and develop new opportunities others miss. It is also expected that you will be degree educated within marketing, communications or PR and immediately available.
