Job description / Role
Join a successful BD team working directly with the directors and partners of the firm and all practice areas, strategizing on business development activities, providing market intelligence and supervising and growing the team
Client Details
A major local firm, a long standing establishment with a large client base and diversified practice areas
Description
* Supporting the bids and tender process, producing quality drafts
* Managing the team of executives and coordinators
* Conducting research on existing and prospective clients and reporting market intelligence to the partners
* Contributing to the overall strategy and development of the firm
* Introducing potential clients and strengthening the brand and network of the firm

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
* 5 years experience in a PD/BD function of a law firm
* Understanding of the GCC Legal market and currently based in the GCC
* Track record of creating and delivering quality proposals
* Experience working with several/all practice areas and partners (Corporate, Litigation, Banking, IP, Construction etc)
* We are open to speaking to fee-earners who have an interest in going into Practice Development
