Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A reputable Automotive company is currently recruiting for a Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze used car market potential per country/dealer.
- Support and consult dealers in order to establish an Approved Plus used car operation and infrastructure in the whole dealer network (including training, market analysis, consulting, business plans).
- Develop and implement reporting structure for the used car business (KPI’s like age profile, stock turn, etc.) – monthly update.
- Define Sales targets in the UC-business.
- Active follow up on lead management at dealerships (inquiries, test drives, closing).
- Define Marketing and Sales measures with the dealer in order to achieve the UC-targets (warranty, financing, advertising/promotions, training/Coaching, support programs…).
- Define and establish new UC sales channel (local, region, worldwide) in order to increase the market penetration and sales.
- Develop and implement tools and systems to improve UC sales (e.g. direct sales actions, auctions,..).
- Implement IT-solution for the network (stock locator).
- Specify residual values in relation to key competition per market (mystery shopping).
- Define measures/programs to improve and establish residual values .
- Coordination within the company (Sales manager, Mktg department, dealer development).
- Coordination with the company AG regarding all UC related issues.
- Define process and buy-back values for the company and press cars.
- Represent the company in all UC-related issues.

KPIs:
- Establish an Approved Plus used car operation and infrastructure in the whole dealer network
- Increase annual stock turn
- Improve residual values
- Accurate and timely reporting

Requirements

- Knowledge UC business, product knowledge new and UC cars (the company and competition).
- Detailed understanding of Dealer UC operation (multi-year experience in dealership).
- Detailed knowledge of UC sales channels in and outside the region.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Affinity to figures, processes and systems.
