Principal / Head Teacher

Job description / Role

Salary: AED 20,000 25,000 per month, plus Housing Allowance, Medial Insurance, Flights annually, full relocation

The Role:
Edge Resourcing is delighted to assist a large international school with its search for an experienced, polished and professional Head Teacher / Principal. An inspirational leader is required to manage staff and be the back bone of the continued success of the school.

Duties:
- Building a strong school community.
- Policy and procedure review.
- School improvement.
- Establishing good relations with parents, pupils, teachers and the local community.
- Introducing best practice.
- Revision of school budgets.
- Working closely with school senior leadership to ensure all departments are running effectively.
- Curriculum review.
- Staff recruitment and retention.
- School marketing.

Requirements

- Passion for education, children and leadership.
- Proven track record in successful running of an established school.
- Inspiring leader.
- Minimum 3 years Senior Leadership experience.
- Masters degree.
- Clean DBS / police check.
- Outstanding references.
