Principal Landscape Architect

International Design Consultant are seeking an experienced Principle Landscape Architect to join an established, growing team based in UAE. This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage and deliver landscape input to existing projects of varying type, size and complexity, Having seen an influx of new project wins, this established office require a qualified and passionate Principle with significant job running experience to join its team on a permanent basis. You will be tasked with managing complex and large scale schemes across the Middle East.

An experienced Landscape Architect, you?ll have a high quality design portfolio, evidence of high quality graphical communication, substantial experience in a landscape architectural practice and CMLI status. You will have knowledge of the evolving practice of landscape architecture and ambition to develop workload and build a landscape team.

Requirements

To be considered for this challenging role, you must have proven experience in a project running capacity, managing a range of high-value residential, mixed-use, and cultural and heritage, parks, gardens and public realm schemes through to completion. You will have the capability or strong potential to perform a client facing role, achieving repeat business and working closely with the planning and ecology team to develop new clients. The role will require a competent individual working to a professional level with minimal supervision.

The successful applicant will be comfortable working under pressure to meet project deadlines, with the flexibility and organisational skills required to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
