Job description / Role
- Planning menus and creating meal plans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Ensuring all meals are prepared and served at the appropriate temperature and plating
- Monitoring helpers to maintain organized kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning up after meals
- Communicating with clients and accommodating any special requests or changes to meal plans
- Managing and training kitchen staff, if applicable
- Assisting with event planning and catering for special occasions, if required
- Staying up to date with food and safety regulations and implementing proper hygiene practices
- Managing budget and expenses related to food and kitchen supplies
- Flexibility to adapt to different cuisines and cooking styles, if necessary
- Ability to create unique and creative dishes while still maintaining traditional Indian flavors
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Culinary degree or certification from a reputable institution
- Knowledge of different regional Indian cuisines and ability to create authentic dishes
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate them in meal planning
- Language : Hindi/Urdu & English
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on Indian cuisine (CDP or DCDP Level)
- Nationality – Indian
- International Cuisine (Indian Expertise)
Note: Candidate should prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes based on client preferences and dietary restrictions
