Job description / Role
We are looking for a Private Personal Assistant to run the personal lives of two High Net Worth Individuals. Based in their corporate head office in Dubai, this role is very diverse and will include managing the Dubai home and household, overseeing and coordinating with domestic staff, paying bills etc. as well as coordinate with their overseas residential properties and resident staff.
You will also be responsible for dealing with accounts and paying invoices, organising parties and events and organising complex travel itineraries including visas and accommodation.
There will be liaison with children, education and arranging family holidays. Additionally, you will also assist in managing and maintaining the private assets for the family and being involved with various ad hoc personal errands and matters. Day to day responsibilities will never be the same!
Requirements
This is a highly confidential role and requires a mature, calm and controlled individual who is warm, professional and well able to work autonomously.
You will need to be flexible, self sufficient and discreet and be well informed with lots of initiative and excellent communication skills.
