Job description / Role

- Liaise with all government departments as per the company’s requirements.
- Deposit the original visas in the respective airports within the stipulated time, to facilitate the arrival of company guests or new associates.
- Arrange for new telephone connections or cancellation of connections when required.
- Process new lease contracts and renew existing ones.
- Assist the new associates in completion of medical tests and existing employees during the visa renewals.
- Interact with the post office to process labour department transactions.
- Liaise with traffic department and police department in case of accidents or traffic fines.

Process and arrange for all documents required for and complete all required formalities for:
- Application of new residence visas
- Cancellation or renewal of PRO cards, Labour cards or medical cards.
- Application of visit visas for Sr. Managers and the company.
- Renewal of residence visas for the employees and their family (if the employee has family status).
- Cancellation of residence visas in case of separations.
- Trade license renewal

Requirements

- Should have a minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior Experience in online processes – labor related is a must.
- A GCC National is a must
- Should have a UAE / GCC Driving License.
- Proficiency on MS Office, Excel in particular would be an advantage.
