Job description / Role

Our client, an International Food and Beverage Company is looking for a PRO for their team in Dubai.

- Processing and maintaining all the visas, passports, emirates ID for employees, family, visitors in an efficient manner
- Collect and provide updates from the government authorities on all Labour and immigration rules
- Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificate
- Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly, providing support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, accommodation etc.
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
- Accurately and efficiently manage expenses related to immigration and Labour processes in line with Company policy.
- Keep up to date with and communicate changes in Labour and immigration rules and procedures from the freezone and government authorities.
- Knowledge on the procedures of connections/disconnections of DEWA/Etisalat/DU
- Familiar with legalisation/stamping of documents from different ministries in Dubai
- Accompany family members and guests to government services when required
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times

Requirements

- Minimum 2 -3 years PRO experience in a Freezone within the UAE
- Degree or a related field qualification.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Labour Law.
- Valid UAE Driving License due to travel requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure to demanding time pressures and to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to understand and adapt to cultural sensitivities
- Strong focus and drive to meet customer needs (internal & external)
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Flexible as may be required to work during some weekends.
