PRO/Government Relations Officer

Job description / Role

- Liaising with Government Agencies with regards to licenses, sponsorship and other documents and certificates required for the Company’s business.
- Preparing, submitting and acquiring visas from different Embassies and Consulates for the Company’s Business Travellers.
- Recording and maintaining employee files related to PRO activities (VISA, EID, Medical, Labour card, licenses etc.).
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
- Managing petty cash and maintaining a log of all expenses with supporting documents such as receipts etc.
- Maintaining a database of policies and procedures related to PRO activities e.g. process for acquiring EID etc.

Preparing and submitting applications and documents to Government Authorities for:
- Visa’s
- Emirates ID
- Medical
- Labour Card
- Other as required

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in the GCC
- At least 2 years’ experience in the UAE in a similar role or in a typing/visa applications center.
- Excellent level of English (written/verbal).
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times.
- Good level of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is a must.
