Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international consumer goods company that is looking to hire a PRO/Junior Accountant.
The main responsibilities of the role will include handling payables and the reconciliations of purchase orders, petty cash, payments to vendors and bank accounts. You will also handle the issuance of visas for all employees, apply for guest visit visas, renew trade licenses, renew company vehicle registrations and deal with all government authorities on any specific matters related to the business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree and have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP is a must, as well having a UAE driver’s license. The ideal candidate is someone who is a team player and can work closely with the management and on the ground team of circa 40 staff. You should have strong organisational skills, able to multi-task and has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must for this role.
