Job description / Role
Purpose: To support the HR and Admin department in processing the legal documents for the employees and other legal documents for the company.
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with the HR department & various Government/Legal Offices for all Employee/Office related affairs, Labour and Visa application/renewals/trade license applications/renewals, Court matters etc.
- To pick-up and delivery of documents/checks, bank related duties/post office, electricity, telephone and other admin related tasks, etc.
- Provide ad hoc tasks, as and when required.
Requirements
- High School Certificate or Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in handling various PRO and admin tasks
- Thorough knowledge in UAE and JAFZA Labour and Immigration Laws
- English proficiency is a must (read, write and speak)
- Must be a computer literate
- Valid UAE driving license is a must
- Must be residing in Dubai
