Job Summary: Process Improvement Analyst

The Group is undergoing a transformation process, where current processes are being challenged to streamline and bring in efficiencies. Bottlenecks needs to be eliminated and ease of doing business needs to come in.

As a process improvement analyst, you will be responsible to liaise and get thorough understanding of current processes from multiple stakeholders. You will then need to suggest process improvement and document its design to be adopted across the group by aligning with all the stakeholders.

You must be quick learner, possess great analytical skills and industry experience, to identify inefficiencies and provide relevant recommendations. You will maintain a library of key business processes and will be responsible for presenting and communicating the processes to all stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of process analysis and a sound commercial judgement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand end to end processes in the group
- Identify impacts and gaps within the existing processes and recommend improvements
- Create and document mapping of revised business processes
- Communicate and build alignment between all stakeholders (technical and business) prior to setting up revised process
- Prepare and present reports and Top Management memorandum that reflect key results of the analyses and document processes
- Provide detailed, concise and accurate project reporting
- Obtain, analyse and evaluate process and finance documentation in order to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings through elimination of cost of "non‑quality" and implementation of lean processes.

Requirements

- University Degree in Accounting or Finance; Finance qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIA etc.)
- Minimum 4 years work experience in Audit/Finance ideally with 2-3 years proven track record in operational internal audit of multinational corporations (preferably retail operations)

Other:

- Advanced MS Office
- Oracle knowledge preferable
- Process mining tool and BI tools knowledge preferable
- Highly assertive credible individual with capability of influencing decision-making process
- Very good communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
- Proven knowledge of advanced process analyses techniques and auditing standards and procedures
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Travel within GCC up to 25% per year
