Process Specialist/Document Controller up to 12K AED for a Government Entity in Dubai
Job Description:
• To coordinate with various process owners and document all existing departments’ procedures and processes
• To develop new processes as per the department requirements for effective implementation of the activities
• To analyze the processes and integrate workflow in various group for effective implementation
• To monitor work schedule and maintain log to update the status as per the agreed timeframe
Skills Required:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
• With initiative and a team player

Requirements
• Position: Process specialist/document controller
• Salary: 12,000 aed all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
• Hiring company: government entity
• Location: Dubai UAE
• Availability: can join immediately and willing to work in a temporary to permanent role
• Employment type: Temporary Contract ( 1 year - extendable or renewable)
Candidate Profile:
• Open to Filipino or Indian
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
Education/Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree holder is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in process environment
