Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

Quest is working with a large retail distribution group in the Middle East, who is looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their team. in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone with proven experience in procurement and supply chain in retail, handling beauty brands.

As a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you will:

- Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes
- Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies for your assigned categories
- Pursue and foster strategic partnerships internally and externally in support of these strategies
- Support category sales forecasts by monitoring product manufacturing and inventory
- Collaborate with key logistic partners to ensure logistics and distribution processes are followed and supplies are delivered on time to distribution partners
- Enhance current and recommend new logistics tools/ processes to drive team’s KPIs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain in the retail (beauty/perfume) sector
- E-commerce background and warehouse experience
- Strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient in English and French (required for the role)
