Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: The function of Strategic Sourcing at Nestle requires administrative support on a day to day basis in order to best operate and meet its performance objectives. Tasks currently undertaken by strategic personnel would be best performed by an experienced, well organized and structured individual who can provide the important organizational support required.

The candidate will be supporting Strategic Buyers and Sourcing Managers who are currently procuring marketing items.

He/she would have the following administrative roles:
- Co-ordinate Responsible Sourcing Audits
- Update/create SAP contracts
- Consolidate monthly KPI update; keep track of KPI progress and highlight gaps
- Co-ordinate legal agreements between suppliers and legal department
- Collect data & documents to fill Competitive Bidding Summary (CB)
- Summarize and attached CB to all SAP contracts
- Upload savings in i-Nexus on monthly basis and run summary savings report
- BW spend reports
- Meeting minutes; preparation of Supplier Meeting Reports
- Project implementation & follow-up (samples etc.)
- Vendor Creation Process
- Supplier Market Research, registration of new potential suppliers in Excel sheet
- Update Preferred Supplier Listing
- Co-ordinate VAP and update Ariba/SAP, upload 7 Steps Sourcing documents to Ariba
- Arrange meetings with suppliers, flights, trips, Submit T&E statement
- Artwork coordination
- Maintain PIR (incl. supplier lead times) on bi-annual basis and refresh Vendor Master data in SAP
- Download Working Capital report on a weekly basis
- Prepare powerpoint presentations on ongoing projects as per SB input
- Update FPPL information as per SB input (start 2013)
- Compile and prepare E-Auction data and templates
- Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Reporting to: Strategic Sourcing Manager

- Previous purchasing background is an asset
- Fluency in English

- Good knowledge and expertise of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
