Job description / Role
* Coordinate material deliveries with the contracted supplier based on material demands by the countries and ensure that processes and communication are running efficiently and the lead times are met
* Maintain a due diligence database of contracted supplier
* Execute market tenders and present results including an analysis and recommendation to the regional management for decision making
* Adhere to standards, controls, policies and procedures given by regional management
* Monitor and analyse the supplier performance and contractual agreed obligations of suppliers and present outcome to the management on a weekly basis
* Update regional reports and statistics and highlight critical gaps to the management
Requirements
* At least 3 years experience in logistics and procurement, ideally in the Middle East
* Preferably formwork / construction knowledge
* Preferably JAFZA knowledge
