Procurement Coordinator Up To 6k Aed for a Security and Surveillance Company in Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor production time lines and tracked progress with vendors and project owners, ensuring due dates were met
• Partner with Accounting Department to resolve merchandise invoice discrepancies and reconcile monthly merchandise accrual forms
• Provide administrative support to Print Buyer on projects including writing purchase orders and creating bar codes for vendors
• Provide high level administrative and coordination support to the Procurement team on a range of procurement services
• across the organisation
• Provide initial/first port of call advice to members of the public, employees, and managers on all manner of procurement
• queries, referring complex enquiries to the relevant team member(s)
• Develop and maintain a range of Procurement documentation including guides, policies/templates with guidance from the Procurement Advisor and Procurement Specialist
• Support the Procurement team with the development and provision of standard reports and analytics

Requirements

• POSITION: Procurement Coordinator
• SALARY: up to 6,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus annual ticket
• HIRING COMPANY: Security and Surveillance Company in Dubai
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Indian and Pakistani nationals
• Male, 30 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma/Bachelor in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or any related course
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile, CCTV, electronics from China and Korea, UAE experience is a must
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV and UAE logistics is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
