Job description / Role

What you need to do:
- Completion of projects
- Ordering samples & materials from European factories
- Document management
- Maintain project specifications
- Control of contractors and suppliers — local & European
- Developing suppliers portfolio abroad
- Conducting meetings with customers and suppliers
- Coordinating decisions with the project team and the customer
- Organization of purchases and deliveries of finishing materials
- Interaction with the project team during implementation
- Analyzing purchased items and suppliers' pricing policy
- Searching for finishing materials, furniture, equipment from availability and under the order
- Visits to the acceptance of furniture, materials, if necessary.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Our wishes for the candidate:
- Knowledge of sales technologies
- Experience in completing residential and commercial projects
- Understanding of pricing policy from suppliers and factories
- Established contacts with European furniture and materials factories
- Knowledge and customization of European brands of furniture materials, kitchen, marble, lighting, etc.
- Ability to work on several projects at the same time, multitasking ability
- Knowledge of English
