Job description / Role
Our client provides security consulting and risk management services worldwide. They are currently seeking to hire a Procurement Manager to be based in Dubai.
Primary responsibility is to efficiently procure all material and equipment for the services division in the most cost effective manner. This includes conducting in depth supplier research and implementing best practice procurement processes to ensure that the customer receives the right equipment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience at a Procurement Manager level in the Middle East, having procured security industry related equipment
- Highly skilled and practiced negotiator.
- Significant commercial knowledge with experience writing strong contracts and forecasting cash flow.
- Strong Supply Chain experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in high pressure environments with frequently changing requirements.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
- Accurate with high attention to detail.
- Advance MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
