Procurement Manager - FM - Dubai
Our client is one of the largest organisations within the Construction and Real Estate industry with a global reputation.
As part of their wider growth strategy and due to the amount of development projects across the Middle East, we are actively searching for specialists within the FM industry to help carry out our client’s growth.
One of their pressing requirements is for a Procurement Manager in Dubai managing the end-to-end procurement process.
The successful candidate must have experience in Procurement Management, Administration and Contract Negotiations within the Facilities Management sector.
Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):
• Purchasing and negotiating with suppliers/vendors the services necessary for maintenance and operation of projects
• Sourcing of contracts and coordination with different facilities management providers in sub-contracting soft or hard services
• Reviewing and approving purchase requisitions and manage purchase orders
• Reviewing, analysing and negotiating price proposals; Contract and tender administration
• Preparing bids and invitation to tender documents for services required
• Delivering best cost saving strategy
• Evaluating vendor performance making sure it adheres to the overall company policies and procedures
• Managing and overseeing the full procurement process for efficient and smooth running of the department.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience within the Facilities Management industry
• Degree educated (Preferable)
• Must have worked within a large organisation overseeing multiple responsibilities
• Able to manage large teams
• Good communication skills
