Job description / Role
We have a great new role for an experienced Procurement/Contracts Officer working in a university located in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is earmarked for a UAE National who is motivated and keen to develop.
Responsibilities of the role will include building relationships with suppliers and sourcing efficiently. Making cost savings for the university along with managing the procurement process. You will be required to make recommendation of bidders and review technical tenders. Administration tasks would include areas such as raising POs, review of suppliers, renewals, renegotiation and providing feedback.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 50,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: UAE National Benefits as standard
Requirements
To be shortlisted you will need to have a bachelors degree/masters or relevant industry qualifications and have a solid work history working in procurement.
