Product and Pricing Specialist (MENA) - Automotive
Our automotive client requires an analytical Product and Pricing Specialist who, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, will be pivotal in driving sales volume and profitability through brand/product management. Key responsibility of this position is to target and maintain a profitable segment share, as well as assist with the development of positioning strategies across Middle East markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a regional product & pricing strategy in view of local market competition and regional requirements
- Evaluate KPIs of the regions brands, regional price/profit by market/model and develop & recommend retail/tactical incentives in view of the competitive activities
- Provide product information to distributors in a timely manner
- Liaise with HQ to ensure regional compliance and requirements are communicated on timely basis
- Preparation of market share analysis reports for periodic review and annual planning
- Conduct special analysis of new model sales and volume opportunities
- Ensure product quality is in line with agreed operational standards.
Requirements
- University Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
- 4+ years experience in automotive product marketing
- Experience gained within automotive manufacturer or tier one supplier
- Advanced analytical financial skills
- Ability to build a business case using analytics
- Proactive, self driven and results orientated
- Excellent Computer skills
- Language: English & Arabic (preferred)
